• We do NOT accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final. 

International shipments are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon delivery. 

You can expect to receive your items in 5-10 business days. This is dependent on if your order needs customization, payment processing times, or the size of your order. We offer express shipping to Canada, United States or United Kingdom. We ship using Fedex & DHL. 

Average (Payment + Customization) Processing Time: 

• 1-3 Business Days
  If you pay with AfterPay, there will be a 2 business day processing time delay to process your payment. 
• If you pay via PayPal, your order payment will be processed in 1-3 business days.

Average Shipping Time After Order is Processed: 

3-7 Business Days (Canada, USA, UK) | Average

Products & Processing Times (IMPORTANT)

• Long Virgin Wigs 32″-40″ need up to 3 extra business days to customize.
• Small & Large cap sized virgin wigs in the budget barb collection, need up to 3 extra business days to customize. Medium cap sized wigs are ready to ship immediately in this collection.
• Raw & Divine Virgin wigs with a closure or frontal need 1-2 business days for customization.
• Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a Fedex/DHL tracking number via email and/or What’s App.
• If you make an order with multiple products, from two or more different hair collections, you may receive two separate tracking # and multiple shipments. We charge a flat $40 USD for express shipments; you will only be charged once, we cover the price difference for you! We will also communicate with you if there will be multiple shipments.
